You don’t have to be a cheesecake fan (I’m not) to love this cheesecake (I do). It’s rich, but with a light texture. The graham cracker/gingersnap crust and white chocolate/sour cream topping, both Emma specialties, are superbly complementary to the Holiday spiciness of the cake itself. This 9” cake easily serves 10-12 guests. |
